Accepting These Terms

By accessing outlandfabworks.com or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

Outland Fabworks ("we", "us", "our") reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

Product Use & Intended Purpose

All Outland Fabworks products are intended for off-road and motorsport use only. They are not designed, tested, or approved for use on public roads or in safety-critical applications.

Installation must be performed by a qualified mechanic or fabricator. Outland Fabworks is not responsible for damage, injury, or any consequence resulting from improper installation or use of our products.

Product descriptions, specifications, and fitment information are provided in good faith. You are responsible for confirming compatibility with your vehicle before ordering.

Placing an Order

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into a contract.

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including pricing errors or product unavailability. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment information. Completing checkout constitutes your agreement to pay the listed price.

Shipping, Returns & Warranty

Our full shipping, return, and warranty policies are described on the Shipping & Returns page. Those policies are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Our Content

All content on this site — including product designs, photos, text, and the Outland Fabworks name and logo — is owned by Outland Fabworks and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

By submitting a build photo, you grant Outland Fabworks a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that photo on our website and social media for promotional purposes. You represent that you own the photo and have the right to grant this license.

Disclaimer & Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, Outland Fabworks is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

Products are provided "as is." We make no warranties beyond those explicitly stated in our warranty policy.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
