Shipping

How We Ship

All orders ship from Ontario, Canada. Live rates from multiple carriers are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight — choose the option that works best for you.

We ship to Canada and the United States. International orders may be available — contact us at outlandfabworks@gmail.com before ordering.

Processing time: Orders are typically processed and packaged within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.

Shipping times (after dispatch): Transit times vary by carrier and service level selected at checkout. Estimates are shown in the cart before you complete your order.

Transit times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control are not covered by this policy.

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

International Orders

Duties & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

Outland Fabworks has no control over customs fees and cannot predict what they will be. Fees vary by country, carrier, and the declared value of your order. We are unable to refund shipping costs or duties in the event a package is refused or abandoned due to unpaid import fees.

We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering if you have concerns about import costs.

Returns

Return Policy

We stand behind our parts. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on uninstalled parts in original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Defective or incorrect items: If you receive a defective part or the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping and either replace the item or issue a full refund — your choice.

Change of mind returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery provided the item is uninstalled and in original condition. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Items that cannot be returned:

Important: Installation of our parts is considered acceptance of the product. Parts that have been installed will not be accepted for return regardless of condition. This is to protect the integrity of parts that may be resold.

To start a return, email outlandfabworks@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not ship anything back without contacting us first.

Warranty

1 Year Warranty

All Outland Fabworks parts carry a one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and premature failure under normal use conditions. It does not cover:
